Our hourly rate is $10 per hour (minimum 1 hour stay per visit).  Sibling rate is $9 per hour (siblings must come together).  There is a one time registration fee of $30 per family which is due on your child's first visit. 

9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday thru Thursday.

9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Friday. 

We are closed every 2nd Friday of the month for carpet cleaning.

Jan. 14, Feb. 11, March 11, April 15, May 13, June 10, July 15, Aug. 12, Sept. 9, Oct. 14, Nov. 11 and Dec. 9, 2011 

Reservations can be made online (preferred) or by calling us at (925) 302-9092.  

Please provide us with the following information when calling for a reservation:

a) Your name

b) Your child's name & age (we prefer your child to be at least 16 months old)

c) Time and date of appointment ( appointments can be made on the 1/4 hr if needed after the first hour.  e.g. 9:00-10:15, or 9:00-10:30) 

d) Your phone number or email address  (to confirm appointment)

e) Is this your child's first time at Gracie's Place?

*We ask that you please make a reservation before coming in as our space is limited. There is a chance that you might get turned away especially during our busy days, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.*

We have a  minimum requirement of 1 hour per visit per child and a max. of 5 hours per day. 

No, we do not charge a cancelation fee.  However, due to the demand of the program we often have a wait list and would like to be able to offer other families the space that you no longer need.  Therefore, in an effort to make this program work for as many families as possible we simply ask that you please call us at (925) 302-9092 or email us before 9:00 am to cancel your reservation. All  cancellations made after 9:00 am will be considered a "No Show" and will be charged for their full reserved time.

You will need to fill out an Emergency form and bring the completed form with a $30 registration fee (per family) on your child's first visit. 

For Preschool (3-5 yrs.old only)- You will need to fill out an Emergency form and a Preschool Registration Form.  Simply bring the completed forms with you on your child's first visit.  A one time registration fee of $30 (per family) and a $35 annual supply fee (per child) are due on your child's first day visit. 

Please pack a healthy snack/ lunch for your child to enjoy while they are with us. Please bring a sippy cup whenever possible. If your child is wearing diapers, pack one or two in a separate bag or ziploc bag with baby wipes. Remember to add your childs name to all their items! Please do not bring any nut products to school.  Gracie's Place is a NUT FREE preschool.
